STAG's 35th Anniversary Event - Grandtully

Tired legs and a bit grotty out there, I never really got going until after 12. Then binned 2 1/2 minutes to 15 which cemented a mediocre run.
Relatively interesting map I guess? Will decide if it was actually a good area or not in 2019

Bit tired still. From the gym did a lap of the killing fields, then up Purko's arete to the top, down the stairs, over the crags and back up the bog to the gym again.
I had semi-planned for more, but I was a bit buggered at the top of the bog, and decided to call it quits. Rome wasn't built in a day I guess

4x5 Back Squat (20, 40, 60 warm-up, 80kg)
3x5 Dumbbell Benchpress (14kg warm-up, 22+22kg)
3x5 Deadlift (70 warm-up, 100kg)

Gravity has increased in the gym again, hopefully it settles down after a few weeks
