Standard Corstorphine looping, with the added fun of getting 200m in and having to turn around due to Craig having grit in his eye.
Feeling a bit pooped, and slight niggle in the right hip - time for some cross training and stretching

Ran round the orange with Emily, letting her doing all the navigation. She did pretty good, no major mistakes, and won the inter-car competition

First intervals session since March 2016, which is kind of terrible.
I wasn't really sure how it would go or how fast I was, so I figured I'd attempt to do 3:30s and see what happened. A lovely sunny morning, and it didn't suck too much.

Quick run up to the top of Corstorphine, nice and sunny. Legs totally wrecked though, feeling very tired.
Regretted the choice of flats when I fell over in front of a family and their dog, how embarrassing
