Legs were pretty fooked after yesterday, and from a day of lethargy today. So slower than last week, not helped by the mud, but working quite hard so hopefully it'll count for something.
Died hard on the final 30s and did the world's slowest cycle home

Was not very hyped beforehand, and the legs were fairly exhausted from the gym. Regardless got most of the session done - skipped a prescribed 5th 3 minute, because I was about to go pop, but came back well enough for the 30s. Glad to have got this done, and plenty of room for improvement.

Big boy headwind on the way home, and a sore bum too - long time since I went for a cycle. Was good though

Bit of a slog up to the track and then we vanished into the clag for the two tops. Popped out eventually on the steep downhill before we did some sheep whispering and I nearly killed myself.

It was the winter course, which is definitely the strangest Parkrun route I've done - 4 laps of a park with 3 different 180° turns. First time I've lapped people while getting lapped simultaneously
