GNW from Mt Kuring Gai - Berowra Waters - Cowan - Jerusalem Bay - Brooklyn with Bart, Brooner, Andrew Kelley and his wifey (tough chick!)

These trails are bloody tough but probably as good as it gets around Sydney. Gotta love how technical demanding and varying they are... And finish in Brooklyn with a dip into freezing Hawkesbury river, followed by fish and chips and beers is simply the best.

Very tired legs towards the end.

Lunch Lane Cove trails. My usual creek crossing was flooded so had to run about 4km more than I planned. Oh well...

Tuesday night hills reps around North Sydney with Andy and Bart:
4 x long hills in Neutral Bay
1 x beer at the oaks
6x short steep hills in Levander bay and Macmahons point
1 x beer at the comodore

Pretty stuffed towards the end. Especially after going way too hard on the first short hill in Lavender bay. Legs still a bit tired from the weekend. Good session - we should do this more often!

(forgot my garmins so was using Strava on my iphone and think it robbed me from about 150m of climb in the second part)
