Probably should've chosen somewhere in the trees to run as it was roasty toasty on the tops! Super nice though. Found some fun forest tracks through the pine forest up to Harlaw.

Knockout style with runners choice on the first 2 which was really good. Think I picked the best ones both times.

Started about 30secs in front of the guys each time so had them chasing then going through me towards the end. Definitely took the first one way too fast as I was suffering by the end!

Jonny's Meadows 8-Triangle Session

Run lengths hard-easy-hard-easy etc. until you've run each length hard then move on to the next triangle. Feeling pretty heavy and slow but working hard. Really started to hurt on the long reps on triangles 4 and 5 but the final 2 triangles were fun.

Went to head to the pool for some aquajogging only to discover my bike had been stolen :( Didn't feel like doing much after that. Went for 45mins walk round the neighbourhood to see if they'd dumped it anywhere but no luck.
