3 munros from Glen Etive with Jonny and Liam for the first, then on my own.
Bit of jogging to begin with then fast walking. Struggled a lot in the sun and was already feeling pretty dizzy and tired going up the first munro. Getting quite dehydrated across to 2nd and 3rd munros and having to ration my water but managed to fill up coming down the valley.

Such a lovely day to be out on the hills though. Awesome views from the tops, no wind at all and really hot. These definitely seemed like the hardest munros I've done so far...not the usual get to the top then quickly pick up a few more as the climbs/descents to each one were pretty steep.

Sprintelope - Wester Hailes & Baberton

This felt like such a long way after the 8min sprints from the weekend!! Also found it impossible to read the 1:5000 scale on home-printed map after such nice printing in Belgium.
Felt alright to begin with but then the tiredness kicked in and was a struggle in the second half.
