Been feeling on the verge of getting a cold since Friday, and this morning felt pretty rubbish. So this was just an easy ride to get some fresh air. Started to feel a bit better by the end so played around in Craigmillar for a bit before heading to the shop to stock up on oranges!

Scottish Spring Sprint - Falkland
So excited to be orienteering again! Felt absolutely horrendous running and was pretty rusty with the navigation but had a lot of fun. Really suffering by the end as the course was rather long and I haven't done any high intensity running in a long time. But luckily I'd caught up to Grace fairly early on so had someone to push me along. Fun times :)

Quick change and a banana then boosted it back to Markinch to try and catch the earlier train as I was going round to the Ward's for dinner and didn't want to be too much later than everyone going by car. Unfortunately got there just as the train was pulling out of the station so had to wait the 20mins for the next train. Very exhausted after the cycling and running!!
