Never really felt like I got going until someone yelled out that it was only 800m to go. Put in a burst to pass a group of people in front and realised my legs could actually move faster.

Only made it along to 1 so far as I've been ill/injured ever since so was nice to get along tonight. Lovely warm evening and barely any wind.

Understandably struggled a bit, breathing quite wheezy. Felt like i was breathing through a straw. Hanging off the back of the group I usually run with.

Started the 4th int but rolled my ankle (R) in a hole in the first minute. Tried to run it off but was quite sore and was considering stopping after 3 anyway as I've been sick so this was the decider.
