Supposed to go aqua jogging but feeling rubbish. All headachy and exhausted. And quite frankly, I'm sick of cross training.
Foot was super sore this morning too. Seems to stiffen up really bad if I don't do any training. But then isn't improving from cross training over this last month either. Really beginning to get frustrating now. Not really sure how to fix it.
