Easy cycle with mum along Roseburn path to the Royal Britannia yacht, stopped at Mimi's bakehouse, back via the Holyrood. Knee got sore after 40mins.

Loop round Blackford. Such a sunny day :) Moving along nicely and able to push up the hills for the first time in ages. Knee has been a bit sore since Tuesday and wasn't very happy going downhill, particularly coming down from the top of Blackford.

Sprint/urban course round Oxgangs.
Good tempo session. One small mistake at 20 where the control circle was covering an impassable wall so I didn't see it till I got there. Pushing quite hard at the end to get under 30mins, which I think I did as I stopped my watch after I'd punched the finish. But splits say I did 30.31mins so I think the boxes are a bit out of sync.

Short (but brutal) session to get back into it. Felt very tough, started walking the rests after the second 1min then had to sit down for a bit with two 15secs to go as I felt like I was going to be sick. Got back up and finished them off though.
