2x 10mins Run (1min Walk) Foot only felt sore on the walk in between, barely noticed it whilst running. Pleasantly surprised with the pace too :) Breathing was a struggle on the first one, but felt more comfortable on the second. Legs on the other hand are feeling very fresh/well rested.
Had to practise my talking to little people skills when a 7 year old wanted to know what I was doing and to show off the skills she'd learnt in dive class. Then proceeded to completely soak me in water whilst swimming off with a friend her own age.

4x 4mins Run (1min Walk) Legs feeling good, stomach absolutely suffering. Think I've reached the point where I'm running for long enough that eating 30mins beforehand is no longer okay :P
