Long run in the Pentlands. Started from Torphin, up to Harbour then split from the boys and ran with the wind along the skyline route. Got some epic speed up going along the top of Capelaw, felt like I was flying at times. So much fun! And there was snow toooo! :) Managed to get blown up Allermuir too, how is that even possible?! Wanted to go up Caerketton but wind got to dangerous levels so bailed down the nearest valley. Back home via a bonus hill up Blackford.

Spent too long at home after cycling so really didn't feel like heading back out into the cold. Decided to do the TT course as I needed something to give me a reason to get out.
Minimal warm up as Garmin was so close to dying and didn't want it to stop during the middle of the TT.

Much improvement to be had. Think I paced it completely wrong, got stitch coming down the hill to the pond, then absolutely stumbling up the final climb. Good tempo run though on a day when I felt like doing nothing.
