Sprintervals at Massey Uni (Albany) set by Jonny. Felt pretty naff physically, but navigation was challenging and fun new concepts with hill sprints and line exercises before the actual controls started.

Control Picking - Middle Earth.
Really struggled at first, was going off in wrong directions and being far too focused on being certain I was at the control site as there were no flags out. But second half was much better and got into more of a flow instead of stop-start.

Much better than control picking exercise. Only a couple of wonky bearings but quickly fixed up.

Run with Renee in the Waitaks. Loop from the Cascades up Fenceline, Long Road track then down Upper Kauri. Felt really good running, despite feeling dizzy and nauseous all day.

Mishka's Loop. Easy run on the flat, as I'm feeling a tummy bug coming on. Felt cold all day at athletics even though we were sitting in the sun. Had to stop halfway through the run cos my stomach was feeling horrible.
