Easter Prologue- La Trobe Uni Bendigo
Felt like my navigation speed was far more of a limiting factor than my running speed. Overran #1 and lost 35secs. not a good start. Lost another 25secs on 18. I went left and then couldn't decide if I could run under the buildings (I hadn't been that way on #1). They are the only time losses on winsplits but my orienteering was pretty slow.

Collapsed about 1.5hrs after I finished the event and spent the night in hospital. Not a good experience.

commute to work. Nice evening.

Played golf at Yarram with the guys at work. I think I played worse that last time but my new driver was pretty good. Getting up at 6am on day you work nightshift- not ideal.
