Kayaking 50:00 [3] 8.0 km (6:15 / km)
shoes: Fenn Millennium

finished work at The Summit early (first time ever) and still had the boat on the roof so went for a paddle. Nice evening.
6 PM

Running 1:00:00 [3] 11.0 km (5:27 / km)
shoes: Nike Victory

3 km warm up
4 x 100m strides
4 x 1200m. Did the first two behind Des, but the last two on my own and they were probably quite a bit slower. Forgot my watch so at least I didn't stress about the times.

Running hills (Uralla Reserve Hill Reps) 1:00:04 [4] 11.09 km (5:25 / km) +337m 4:42 / km
shoes: Salomon Speed Cross 2

Its been a few weeks since I've done this session, racing seems to have gotten in the way. The track is very wet but not as slippery as I expected.
First two reps were pretty good, but slowed on the 3rd. Still faster than previous sessions and I dropped the recovery to 2mins which is all jog and no walk.
