So ran it anyway with Sasha. Faded a couple of times on the second lap and had a dark spell around 3.5km but managed to perk myself up and finish strong. Glad with this as no idea where I’d be post skiing/knee all that lark. Could be in a far worse position so happy :)

Pretty nice week skiing last week - no running training to speak of but some pretty good active days. Been a nice destress post exams and ready to get back on it again :)
