Ok Nuts Blood races... - Half blood (Brown) course

Mass start........ Bit of a point and run area but who cares :D

Led after the first map exchange, held second from there on :)

Really nice, warm, runnable southern area :D nailed pretty much all the course other than a few small slip ups and then 1 major 3 minute mistake... (Very stupid, 180 degree error after the map exchange... Sent me off in the wrong direction)

Finished 2nd behind Ralph street... By only 2 and a half minutes :D :D :D also managed to beat Sarah Rollins and Tim Morgan... :D

Really good fun and a brilliant race in the warm sun :P

Still coughing and feeling ill :/// only a week till the Celtic games... Hope this shifts :'(

Definitely still ill.....

Beecraigs hill run (festive handicap) :D just ran the 7km as I wasn't feeling entirely up to it.... Brilliant fun :D nice race :).... Knee is a little sensitive after all those hills though......... :/ ran surprisingly well all things considered :)

Exploded into a 10 minute long coughing fit afterwards..... :/

Running intervals (Edinburgh AC track sesh) 30:00 [4] 3.0 km (10:00 / km)
(sick) shoes: Adidas Ancients

Really cold and very very windy today... So we did a speed endurance session :) (watch was running constantly for the session) so windy... We couldn't use the back straight! :P
2x200m, 3x150m, 4x100m
First thought - easy session!
200 times: 27, 27
150 times: 19, 20, 20
100 times: 13, 14, 14, 13
It was surprisingly hard! Didn't help that I exploded into coughing fits after every rep... Not feeling well :/

N.B. also first time wearing spikes on the track in ages!!! Felt so quick ;)... They are falling apart though :'(

Running warm up/down (Edinburgh AC track sesh) 20:00 [2] 4.0 km (5:00 / km)
shoes: Nike Lunarglide 4

Actually quite a extensive warm up (and down) today! Lots of drills and stuff :)
2 PM

Cycling 10:12 [3] 3.06 km (18.0 kph)

Quick last minute rush to the shops to grab a present for Pippa...! Reduced from £36 to £3??? Grab it! :P

Cycling 7:23 [3] 3.06 km (24.9 kph) +90m

And back again to wrap it!... Much quicker - despite the climb!..... Had the wind behind me ;)
