Good fun for the most part. Started not too hard and was building through very nicely. Working well with Scott. Then about 6k stomach started to feel shite and it got progressively worse. A really grim last ~5k but ah well. Couldn’t warm down and tried to jog later in the day (7:00) but still couldn’t hack it .
