Was gonna do a faster session but weather (gusty wind and rain) was grim so just did something longer and slower paced. So ended up just doing a 10k tempo, felt decent, just running nice and relaxed.

Another day another soul destroying windy, solo session. Was gonna do 6 x 1k but decided against it as the wind was a bit too grim so opted for a nice 10 x 600s [1:30] instead. Times slow and very variant depending on how hard the wind was gusting. Felt comfortable on the first 200 and then died hard on the second 200 into the wind every time. Good craic anyway

Up and around Cissbury, really hot outside and sweating buckets. Feeling really quite good.
Been experimenting with training a little bit recently and doing some faster runs on Monday and Sunday. I will just see how it goes, no harm in trying it as I've got nothing coming up at the moment. To start with it might affect sessions a little bit as I might be more tired but I can imagine I will get used to it pretty soon. I do really enjoy the faster runs though.
