Final X-League in Dundas, pretty happy with effort but made the mistake of not getting 6 at the beginning (after 2) since it added more time and effort into my end loop then I would have liked.

A few stretches at the beginning and a short cool down after with some more stretching

Had literally 25 mins between getting home from work and having to go out again so fit in a very quick tnt style workout... 3x Aviary hill repeats then run to Mac hill, 3x those run back and one full on Aviary hill sprint

Nav game at Ark, 22 ish minutes were running quite hard and then the rest was visiting each control as a group.

Extremely hot and muggy run despite going in the morning... felt tired. Trails off York road, added 4x hill sprints in there.
