Decided I would just cross train today to give the hammy a rest and see how it does with that. Nice light spin of the legs.

Jumped on the elip before yoga. Went fairly steady to get my lungs going a bit. It doesn't seem to bother the hammy at all. Pretty boring tho lol.

Nice class today. I could feel soreness in the hammy during some of the strength poses but I believe it was the good kind of soreness that leads to building strength. Nice hip opener and balance stuff today.

Hamstring started to feel worse as the warm up progressed. Could feel a twinge during the stride so decided to shut it down. Feels like more than just soreness now.

This was good. Went hard in the moment. So annoying to have some person in front of me staring at me basically the whole time I was working out but I kinda just got used to it. Got in some really good core and strength afterwards. The elip doesn't bother my hamstring at all. I can't really feel it while I'm rolling either, there doesn't seem to be any sort of big knot but just feels tingly and hurts when I run. A bit of a chronic thing. I feel it might be tendonitis.

This was good. Pool workout was great today. HR 28. Practiced getting in deep early on. Hammy felt sore and stiff during strides. Got competitive with the guys on the last one and maybe shouldn't have because I tweaked my hamstring a bit. It's been feeling more off than usual ever since the races on Saturday.

My hammy got progressively more sore as the run went on. Turned around early and decided I would do some cross training today. My stride feels off and awkward because of it.

Things started out decent today but by the end of the workout my legs and stride were feeling very off. Never warmed up and remained stiff today. It was really uncomfortable to run and I felt I was dragging my one leg. Things are super stiff and I've got some work to do with the recovery. My hamstring and left hip feels tighter than usual.
