A day on an ATM tour.
Not allowed to take cameras at all but there are plenty on the web. The tour is a caving experience, a fair bit of it in water, sometimes swimming and squeezing through tight spots. We expected a challenging experienece, but it wasn't really, so in this respect it was a little disappointing, but in no other way could it be considered disappointing. The caving is really fun, the water nice and cool, the tour guide was awesome, and it's all in an effort to get to an ancient Mayan ritual ground inside the cave where they practised blood letting, giving of foods and sacrifices to the gods. Really interesting stuff.
Dinner tonight at the lonely a planets top pick for San Ignacio, it was pretty good. More burritos and quaseladias.
