More good stuff in the Pentlands, this time with Will, Tam and Finn. Nice loop from Hillend round to Capelaw and Harbour then back over the classics before running back to the flat solo. Haven't done too much easing back into training this week and got a bit mileage greedy but feeling good and enjoying myself so will just roll with it for now.

Portobello Parkrun
Hadn't done this one before and just fancied it so rallied a few troops down. Enjoyable course and had a good bit of racing with a slightly broken Sasha and Max. Sasha pulled away a little on the third lap then I managed to get quite close again towards the end, though I'm pretty sure the cheeky boy was just teasing me. Felt pretty good really and another enjoyable outing of running.

Sitting in JCMB thinking it was a lovely day, so thought I would try and coax Sasha into a Pentlands run but it didn't require any coaxing. Parked at Flotterstone and Sasha took us round a nice loop from there. Short sleeves for the whole thing despite it being pretty windy again, maybe not quite Carnethy levels but not that far off on the kips, it was a good deal more enjoyable this time though. Expected to get a bit tired but was feeling good and knee behaving well, Carnethy doms have just about subsided too, so was time for a little top up. Usual Cameron Toll based refuel afterwards was a real good one, excellent day.

Taking it chill round part of a BW course in the exchange area, reasonably enjoyable.

Good little group out for EUOC long run, bit of BnB before gathering Tambo and getting some Craigmillar action in with him. Legs are impressively ruined, really quite sore, but all enjoyable nonetheless.

Out and back along the canal, good bit of spook with the floor lighting. Feeling respectable but most likely unable to slip into the higher gears.

Very nice lap of the Seat with a mighty fine group consisting of Tam, Jack, Ewan, Will, and Carcas. Legs are understandably ruined from the weekends exploits but mostly a good kind of ruined I'm pretty sure. Knee feeling quite normal on flats and up, just a little off on downs still.
