To Scolty car park and back.
Aaaaahhhh. Was fully expecting this to be like Wednesday and to feel like I was pulling my body through treacle. Instead it actually felt like running! Even though it was over much tougher terrain the uphill was soo much easier than the downhill to the gym. HR was lower as well! Chest was very tight and coughing after but that's ok. I've been improving quicker than I've given my body credit for.
11.5 hours in bed, back to normal.

For positivity purposes:
6 weeks ago before getting the train home I had spent (apart from trying to make breakfast) the previous 19 hours lying down within which I had watched maybe 90 min of TV.
Today I only spent 10.5 hours in bed (doesn't happen very often), walked to and from the gym, did 15 min spinning, had a shower, sat up for around an hour, did some work and didn't spend any time resting before getting the train. A very long way to go and it's very easy to forget but it is improving.

To gym (so mostly downhill). Felt really hard and was scared I was over doing it. Probably had to do that at some point though.

Easy. Felt a lot harder than Friday but although energy isn't that bad it is still not at Thursday/Friday levels, and just makes it easier to not do too much. So far no effect after.
Didnt wear enough clothes to bed last night so woke up at 1 really cold. I normally wake up at 4 and take up to 2 hours to get back to sleep but this time was feeling extra restless + overheated so didn't get back to sleep for 3 hours (although gave up for 30min in middle)
Going to start logging stretching since HR is ~115 and will probably have some impact. Should help stop me getting tight/sore and very imbalanced. Hopefully i can correct some imbalances which have lead to a few niggles.

Getting weaker quickly, will probably have doms after today and pretty much did nothing. Ideally want to do enough that I don't lose more muscle and make my threshold lower but not too much so I make myself worse.
Very up and down today. Alternating between loving life, then getting tired and a headache so resting. Just glad there are the sections were I feel good.
