Day 1. Achagour. Didn't make a plan to 2. lost concentration half way to 14 and switched off, not too far offline and was quick to get back online. Hit the edge of the slope close to where the control is but then tried to use the vegetation to work out where the boulder was which was a mistake. Should have aimed off to the slope then run along it. Then once I found 14 I decided I was at 15 and started running along the edge of the slope until I realised i was way too close to the power line and that I was still going to 15. Then had to climb the hill without any elephant tracks and got stuck in some gorse. Lost time on 16 as well as it was vague and I didn't have a good attackpoint. 18 I got distracted by another control. Even though I knew it wasn't mine I still checked. Really need to maintain concentration throughout. I know that I came into today physically and mentally tired but was not thinking for 3 controls in the middle and made mistakes which could easily have been avoided. 10th.
