Orienteering 46:04 [3] 5.71 km (8:04 / km) +182m 6:57 / km
ahr:140 max:160

Checking out a potential orienteering venue south along US-93, in the foothills of the Sapphires. It's a mix of open sage-covered prairie and beautiful, open woods with incredible rock detail. This place is pretty small, but worthy of at least a middle distance NRE with a good map.

Running 52:34 [2] 5.8 mi (9:04 / mi) +298m 7:49 / mi

Lunchtime run with Persik up a part of Mt.Sentinel and along Crooked trail. I had Persik off-leash, with his shock collar on, but I didn't need to shock him at all. He was a good boy. Gorgeous, sunny spring weather.

T.rex training 14:23 [1]
ahr:82 max:118

Abs and balance once I got home.

Skiing (skate) 50:00 [2] 11.0 km (4:33 / km)

A nice spring ski with Alli at lunchtime up at Pattee after a few long days at work. It was nice to get out. Possibly our last ski day of the season, though you never know here.

Early evening slow run with Jeremy and Persik up Pattee. Nice and snowy and beautiful. Persik was on his shock collar, but stayed close and did not need to be shocked. Hopefully he is learning.

Very busy and stressful days at work. Blew off some steam with a long row in the evening.
