Stroller running! After getting back from another morning hike, I put Inara and stroller and went for a run. From home down to Rock Creek, then Valley trail to Boundary Bridge, and then up the Rock Creek paved bike trail until it hit the Beltway. Then reverse.

Certainly running on pavement is way less enjoyable than on trails or in the woods, but if I have to run on pavement (which I mostly do if I want to have Inara with me), then this is a great trail for it.

Really nice hike earlier in the day with Alli, Starla, and Barney, while carrying Inara in the backpack.

What a perfect day for a run! It was mid-50s and sunny, and I headed out into Rock Creek, Ran past Boundary Bridge, then down Western Ridge Trail to Fort DeRussy, across the creel, and back up along Valley Trail.
