Went to see Robert, my PT.
Looks like I am making progress, but am not really close to regular running. We modified some exercises to provide more of a challenge:
- side planks with leg raises
- forward planks with side leg taps and baby marching
- sets of lunges from the same position over and over
- one-legged squats on a box
- two-legged squats on a bosu ball
That should keep me busy...
