Running with Erin!!!!! Alli and I stopped in for a visit with her, Kristoffer, Loki, and Sigi in Longmont before they make the big migration to Denmark.
Erin took me and Alli running in the foothills of the Rockies' front range, not far from her house. Alli did her own thing, and Erin and I ran together and tried to chat and catch up in the thin Rocky Mountain air. It was so much fun! We hadn't seen each other in waaay too long, and had tons to talk about. I wish we lived on at least the same continent so we could see each other a bit more often.

A hike up Mt.Sanitas in Boulder with Alli, Erin, Kristoffer, Loki, and Sigi. I got to carry Sigi in a backpack part of the way up and all the way down! It was fun, and I managed not to drop him!! Really nice hike with gorgeous views of Boulder below us.

A progressive run on a treadmill at a gym in Salt Lake City. Started at around 5:20 min/km and finished at around 3:55, moving up about 10 seconds/km every kilometer.

Hiking with Alli in the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho. We hiked from Redfish Lake up to some beautiful forest lakes. No moose or bears were seen.
