Elliptical at Blåsenhus with Alli while watching Vasaloppet. What a thrilling finish this year!

From home to the castle and back, plus to the start of the sprints.

Orienteering 12:00 [4] 2.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Yellow mizunos

Sprint-SM test-running downtown. My first hard running in a while, so stopped as soon as I started feeling my back a little bit.

Cross-Training (elliptical) 1:00:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (20:00 @4)

Intervals on the elliptical at Blåsenhus. Same set as Linné did for training today: 5x4 minutes. Felt sweaty.
I have an appointment with a chiropractor in Stockholm tomorrow. Hopefully it will help my back. I want to train for real again!!

Night-O in Stadsskogen. Tried to push just a little bit and mostly stick to trails. Hamstrings tightened up pretty quickly and back got sore.
