Intervals with Linné on the Flogsta loop. We ran 70" on, 20" jogging. The intervals were meant to be run at your 10km race pace. I aimed for 3:45km, and did just one set of ten, as I am slowly trying to build my interval volume. Ended up mostly running just in front of Bettina, well slower than all the fast guys.

Tisdagsbana! My first one for the season. Was surprised by the fast pace from the start, but then it calmed down a bit. Ran for the girls for the first part, then cut off to do the 10km version by myself. Immediately went through the ice into a ditch, about waist-deep. Brrrr. Nice being back in Sweden. :)
