To the gym and back.

Cross-Training 40:00 intensity: (25:00 @2) + (15:00 @4)

Intervals on the elliptical machine at Blåsenhus. I did 10 minutes of warm-up, then 5'-4'-3'-2'-1' with half-time rest while watching Fear Factor, which is an awful, awful show.

Some leg strength after the elliptical. My legs are very uneven in strength. Not good.

I slept in until 9:30 and finally got out the door by 11 to run to Gottsunda and do some sprint intervals from the UTH training camp on the newly updated Gottsunda sprint map. It's a great area for sprints! I am definitely rusty in my map skills, as I made bad route choices at least 3-4 times. I tried to run relatively hard, but it seems that my legs really only have one speed at the moment. Got to work on that.

Intervals with Linné. My first attempt at any sort of speedwork, so I did not want to overdo it. I ran 5x30"+4x1'+1x2' and then jogged while the others did the rest of the workout. Very cold tonight, but running felt ok. Calves tightened up quite a bit towards the end.

A spinning class at Blåsenhus. Pretty low energy levels, feels like I have been behind on sleep ever since I've been back in Uppsala.
