Sprint-O intervals at Ulleråker. Very icy, but it felt nice to actually run hard outside. No problems with the calf during the intervals, but it felt a bit tight on the jog home.

Really fun game of innebandy today, probably the best one I've ever played. Had a great time on a team with Ross and Jan among others, and even scored four goals, including three in the span of a minute.

Really enjoyable sunset skate with Alli on Ekoln from Skarholmen. All the snow on the surface of the lake melted the last couple of days, and all that was left was a beautiful, smooth ice surface, so you could skate anywhere, and not just where the ice was groomed. Ice is fascinating.

Elliptical intervals at F&S Ekeby. Did 10x3 minutes with 1 minute off.

UOF Cup #2 on Nåsten.

Pretty much my first night-O of the season, and it went as one might expect. Ran to the wrong forking control on #1, lost the pack, and was alone pretty much the rest of the way. Orienteering got better as the race went on, so that's a good sign, but there is still a lot of work to be done before I feel confident again. Ended up 20 minutes behind Thierry, 12 minutes behind mere mortals.

Cross-Training 50:00 intensity: (30:00 @1) + (20:00 @5)

Elliptical intervals at lunchtime with Alli at Science Park. Did 4 sets of 5x1 minute with 30 seconds rest; 2 minutes rest between sets. Worked hard.

Tisdagsbana B2, the one that goes mostly on streets, trails and bike paths. My calf was tight from the start, and I was very careful not to push it tonight. Stopped to stretch it a couple of times, and the pain did not get worse. Then massaged it for a while in the sauna. Probably need compression socks.

Rockgympa, or at least some of it. Had to skip or modify some of the exercises to accommodate my very tight right calf.
