OK Triangeln's middle distance race at Tärnsjö.
Really fast open pine forest on a ridge, with the course crossing the ridgetop several times. Very fast running and orienteering, a lot of fun, though sort of repetitive after a while. Had a good run, maybe 25 seconds lost on the course.
Jan won running at 4:20 min/km.

OK Österåker's middle distance race, north of Stockholm.
After my disaster off the airplane two weeks ago and a mediocre run in the 25-manna test, this was an improvement. One big mistake on #6, where I did not understand the map in the circle, and a few smaller mistakes.

OK Linné's 25-manna test on Nåsten.
Felt pretty awful physically, with the injuries, my cold, and a full stomach making the running very unpleasant. Orienteering felt very rushed, resulting in poor planning and not nearly enough looking ahead. I need to relearn how to orienteer in Sweden.
Ended up 10 minutes back of the best times.

Strength at F&S. I think I am actually getting stronger.

Cross-Training 50:00 intensity: (20:00 @1) + (15:00 @2) + (10:00 @3) + (5:00 @4)

Still feeling pretty crappy most of the day, nose stuffed and head stuffy, but went out to club training anyway, jogging around the Stadsskogen elljusspår with Seb while everyone ran intervals. Good crowd tonight, lots of familiar faces!
This was followed by pancake and ice cream night at Mari, Sara, and Marta's with just about all my favorite people in Uppsala. Great evening.
