Running to the start

Orienteering 53:08 [3] **** 5.2 km (10:13 / km)
shoes: 2007 VJ Falcons

Wednesday Night-O in Alsike, Southeast Lunsen.
Thought about not going as I was afraid I'd feel as badly as I did yesterday, but sitting at home didn't seem like a welcome prospect, plus Andrew and GG were coming up, so I went. Glad that I did. Not the nicest part of Lunsen, but it was still nice to be out and orienteer and actually find all the controls unlike last week. Went slowly and hesitated a lot and still made two mistakes at the end, but no real disasters.

Running 30:00 [2] 5.0 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: 2007 model Falcons

Started running the Tuesday night course, but just felt absolutely awful. Turned around and went back to the clubhouse for a sauna and hot soup.
