Running 1:14:10 [2] 12.36 km (6:00 / km)
shoes: Asics 2007

After listening to the radio broadcast of middle-SM in the morning, dragged myself out for a trail run on Nåsten. It was quite nice, except for the fact that my stomach was giving me real problems and still isn't better a few hours after getting home.

Running 43:47 intensity: (31:22 @2) + (12:25 @3) 9.22 km (4:45 / km)
shoes: Asics 2007

Jogging around Stadsskogen with Kat and doing one horse loop at her tempo pace, which felt reasonably hard for me too.
In the morning went to the chiropractor again. He was surprised that it hadn't gotten better in the last week and thinks I should get an MRI for my back if it doesn't get better in one more week. Thinks I might have a bulging or cracked disc. Awesome.

Orienteering 44:35 [2] *** 5.1 km (8:45 / km)
spiked:8/13c shoes: 2007 VJ Falcons

Training on Nåsten. Decided to go Pasi-style, no compass, and practice using the map to run straight, something I had trouble with last weekend. It went pretty well, but I made a couple of mistakes when leaving the control in the wrong direction. Need to work on knowing which way I am leaving as I am coming into the control. That's the only way to do it when you have no compass. Nåsten was, as always, difficult but enjoyable.
Off to the chiropractor again tomorrow. Maybe he'll sit on me again.
