Rollerski skating time trial at cemtery. Had decent form the entire way, which is good, but feeling quite tired towards the end. A lot of work still to do...
Running to and from Fresh Pond with Misha and skiers. Feeling pretty crappy - too early in the morning for a hard workout.

Intervals at Fresh Pond. Feeling really, really crappy physically - tired and unmotivated. Will never do intervals at 7am again. Only managed 2 reps before quitting.

Weight circuit with ski team. My right knee is hurting when i put any pressure on it - i think it's still from the time i ran into a rock (repeatedly!) about a month ago. Will get it checked out soon.
