Local BAOC meet in San Francisco. Lost time writing down the special codes on the colored plates (that were used instead of controls) instead of punching. Pretty good run otherwise, including some large fields of poison oak. We'll know if i am poisoned at the Boulder Dash...

Easy run in the Berkeley hills - all the way up a hill the first 20 minutes, coming back down via a longer way on the way back.

Hill repeats on a really steep hill in Sausalito. I am guessing the distance. Here are the splits (about 2:30 breaks in between):

Running on the streets in Ohio while reading an ONA for company/training. It's pretty good training actually. Next step is writing while running. Then - on to doing problem sets.
