Back in Uppsala after a physically and mentally draining "vacation" in the US. Looking forward to not having any orienteering goals for the next few months, but rather just training for fun and hoping to cure my various injuries.

Sprint training on Stadsskogen. I took it pretty easy due to jet lag and various pains, but it was fun anyway. The idea was to run a forked orienteering loop (about 1km), then run a trail loop (1.5km) and do this three times, with three different loops.
