Note
Watched the broadcast of the biathlon world champs individual women's race. First of all, awesome to see an American girl, Susan Dunklee, ski and shoot a great race as the very first starter and finish 5th.
Second of all, my favorite quote of the Russian commentator, when the overwhelming favorite Magdalena Neuner missed three of five targets: "She would have been far better off charging the targets with a knife." That made me crack up.

Wednesday Night-O Turelund
A nice course by Lisa in the southwest piece of Lunsen and across the road on the more interesting part of Morga. Felt like I had good speed today and orienteered well too. Ran with Anders H and Johan A for a lot of the race. On the long leg to 12 I took the road around and got ahead of them, but they caught up when I messed up 13 in the circle. Fun race. Feels like racing form is slowly coming in.
