Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

One last try, made it 30min and had to walk. Foot very sore but only in 1 specific place between toes 3 and 4 at the metatarsal heads.

Running 56:56 [3] 13.0 km (4:23 / km)

Test run for the foot and it failed. Did the Shuniah loop and felt very good and fit. Plan was to run 2 loops. Fitness good, foot not good at all. Foot okay to 30min, progressively more sore 30 - 45min, and felt like a land mind going off every step after 45min.

Marathon off.

Running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Totally messed up. Saw Colleen - she worked on my hip which opened a whole can of worms. Everything is sore and it feels like I have never ran before. The run did get better but it was very rough at the start.

Running 1:30:00 [3] 18.0 km (5:00 / km)

Long run on the Centennial Trail from Pilot knob. It was about 25 degrees celcius which felt very hot and I struggled with that a bit the last 30min. Pretty wrecked afterwards.

Easy 30min run with Dieble up at the cabin after a long day. Felt strong and we hit up some big hills.
