Okay run today - feeling fatigued and sore right from the start. Not nearly as fast as week but got it done. Even though I didn't feel strong right from the start it never felt long or especially difficult.

Good run from the hotel with the boys and CB after CIS. Found some sweet trails and rolled pretty good. Felt very strong and minimal soreness form yesterday.

Fun workout with Jon to start the day's festivities. Felt really strong and smooth and when things started to get tough I reminded myself of how lucky I was to doing this. Sweet workout.

6km on the course at Guelph. Legs feeling much better than yesterday but pretty sore. Foot sore.

I wasn't sure I was going to be able to do this run. First 30s were comical as I could barely get moving and was super stiff and uncoordinated. Was actually pretty good once I got going - foot is sore though.

Great long run today. Ran my hour loop in Shuniah - first loop was 58:48 and my second loop was 56:14 (fastest ever by over a minute), last 50min was solid but maybe not as fast as the second loop.

Really happy with this - the second loop didn't feel fast or like I was pushing. Only issues where my right hammy started to cramp a bit just after 2h.

Shitty run - literally! Was planning on an hour but after 30min my stomach really cramped and I had to stop and pooh. I was okay for about 3min and then it came back and I had to stop again at 38min. Feeling drained.

Frustrating run in Wasaga Beach today. I thought about just running on the beach (Wasaga Beach is the longest fresh water beach in the world - 14km long) but saw some other great trails online. However these trails proved elusive. After 25min of searching I ended up just running on the beach. Supper sore especially back/side on left calf and left foot.

Really good run with Derek on the OFSAA course - felt awesome, only minimal soreness from yesterday.

Best long run so far this morning. Legs very sore and heavy to start - probably from Rodney yesterday. Ran the usual loops in Shuniah, my first loop was 62:19, and then I really got after it on the second loop. I was a bit disappointed that it was only 59:45. Ran strong over the last 30min.

Ran in Waterloo before flying home this morning. Found a great trail along the river. First 30min was slow but last 30min was quite good.
