Bin die 6 Minuten ruhig angegangen, bei den kurzen Intervallen lief es erstaunlich gut, konnte das Tempo der anderen mitgehen. Die letzten 5 Minuten liefen auch super, bin da ungefähr das gleiche Tempo wie Heinrich gelaufen.
