shoes: MIzuno Wave Inspire 9 (Blue)

3k warm up then 10k race pace with 10/1s then 3k warm down at the end. My hamstring in my right leg started acting up, OUCH! had to walk towards the end. I won't be doing anything until race day except rolling my leg now. I sure as hell hope I will be able to run the Marathon!
