Running first leg for team O-Town with Jon Torrance and Thomas Lindale. Speed wasn't really there but navigation was decent. A few rough bearings here and there.

Back felt okay. Tried my best to keep my focus. Route choice was okay. Speed was so-so. Took some pretty awful bearings. Like, aim-off-to-the-right-of-the-feature-and-end-up-on-the-left-of-it awful.

Still not quite over my flu. Absolutely destroyed my lower back while warming up. Tried to ease it with some improvised yoga.

I was somehow able to run through my back pain. Didn't worry too much about speed and focused on making good choices. Felt pretty good considering the circumstances.
