ICO meet at Skiles Test Park; Hard (orangish) course (4.1 km) set by Robert Pumphreys who did a great job with the small and green park. All the controls didn't get marked on the GPS track.

Y Multifit group; 5 x 0.5 mile intervals on Meadowbrook with standing rest. The pace was supposed to be 10K or 1/2 marathon - even though I was faster, I did better at equal or negative splits. Includes warm-up and cool-down.
