5K fundraising fun run for the North Central cross-country course on a hot evening. Running on the surprisingly hilly grass course was much harder than my usual road and trail runs.

ICO meet at Skiles Test Nature Park. Courses set by Robert Pumphrey (WYO). The Orange course was surprisingly complex on a 1:5000 map. The unmapped trails and 5m contour intervals made it more so. It is strange to feel like you are out in the middle of nowhere yet hearing the traffic on I465.
