MultiFit interval workout; 15 min wu then 5 min marathon pace, 4 min half marathon pace, 3 min 10 K pace, 2 min 5 K pace, 1 min 1 mile pace with 1 min walking rest between then easy back. My wu was too fast and there seemed to be a lot of allergens so I struggled with the easy back.
