Note

Meant to be parkrun today but woke up and the world was spinning so I went back to bed for a couple of hours. Second time up was a splitting headache but at least the spinning had stopped

Hip test 8 x 200 on 200 off. Hip behaved well - noticeable on the recovery jogs but not on the sprints
