Short BTS loop to warm up - found one of the double pointers wasn't registering!

BTS East Belfast - went out towards Titanic Quarter and Short Strand to collect some over there. As usual I thought I had more time and so had to pick up the pace for the last mile or so

Warm down to collect the one remaining box in the loop, I had to bin it when it became obvious that I wouldn't be able to get back in time

Definitely been doing too much BTS and not enough orienteering judging by the fact I turned up with only a set of runners..... Scampered around the car park hoping someone had some spare shoes with them. Thankfully PeterG had the hand-me-down junior pair which are only marginally too small :)

NICS 4 Binevenagh. So much climb! Good courses though - I was lulled into a false sense of security after nailing pretty much everything on the open mountain (slight miss on 7) but once we got into the woods it was like I had forgotten how to orienteer... binned 8 mins on 10 due to turning in waay to early and then getting confused. Dropped another 4 mins on 12 just being an idiot and again stopping short. Then lost another 8 mins or so on 16. I have no idea what happened but I eventually found a yellow course control and followed the red and white tapes in the hopes it would lead me to somewhere to relocate and they led me to the control :)

Blisters started around 15 which made the last section a bit more painful

BTS with Susan. Almost got off to a bad start when we thought we couldn't get through to the bridge behind Windsor Park but it was just an overly keen security guard "We are on lock-down, don't you know NI are playing Germany tomorrow" err, no.... turns out we could just go round but he didn't tell us that Nice tour of South and Wests peace walls once we got going, and the rain meant the locals were sparse :)

Tribal - fairly rubbish class tonight. Hill sprints at the start were good but then we were ushered onto a pitch black basketball court and having to do an exercise then a run - only we were all trying too hard not to run into one another to actually put any effort in..... Not sure why Hollie decided to take us into the park now the daylight has gone.
